Course description

Objectives:

         Describe basic business analysis concepts

         Describe the role of the business analyst

         Differentiate between project management and business analysis

         Differentiate between project stakeholders and business analyst roles

         Describe the stakes of the business analysis life cycle

         Differentiate between process models

 

Prerequisite:

         None

 

Audience:

         Project sponsors (for example, resource managers and supervisors)

         Project subject matter experts (for example, budget analysts, financial analysts, program analysts, auditors, systems analysts, technologists, and business analysts)

         Project customers

         Project managers new to business analysis

         Due to the comprehensive and accelerated nature of this course, class size is limited to 10 participants.
